REGULATION NUMBER ELEVENMEMBERSHIP HOUSE LEAGUER.11.1. House league players must be registered in the HCR. House league teams will be registered on rosters designated as HL. The registration fee will be $45.00 per team. R.11.2.In Juvenile to Novice divisions, all players must be registered on rosters in the HCR before any player participates in his/her team’s fourth game on any league schedule or by November 15th if the team has not played its fourth league game by this date. Failure to comply will result in a fine of $50.00 per offending team. Birth Certificates are to be confirmed upon registration of first time registrants and confirmation must be noted in the Memo section of the player’s record in the HCR. R.11.3. A permit shall be purchased from the NOHA for $10.00 for every house league team going to a house league tournament. R.11.4. There will be no House League Select Teams. R.11.5. The OHF suspension list is to be used by House League Teams. Communication is to take place with District Council Directors or their appointee. R.11.6. There will be no more than one manager and one assistant manager per team. R.11.7. If a player leaves his/her residence association and registers with another association, he/she cannot be affiliated with the new association's "rep" team until he/she gets the proper releases as per the NOHA Constitution. See Regulation Number Six. R.11.8. If a player registers with a representative team, then he/she goes to a House League team before January 10th, his/her release must be registered in the HCR along with his or her new electronic registration before playing with any new team. R.11.9. If a player registers with a House League team, then he/she goes to a “rep” team before January 10th, his/her release must be registered in the HCR along with his or her new electronic registration before playing with any new team. R.11.10. Affiliation - see Regulation Number Seven. House League teams/players will follow the same rules as listed for "rep" teams. R.11.11. There will be no movement of House League players after January 10th. R.11.12. Releases - see Regulation Number Six. House League teams/players will follow the same rules as listed for “rep” teams. R.11.13. House League players' place of residence shall be determined only by their municipal address rather than their mailing address. R.11.14. No Rep Team will be allowed to play in a House League Tournament. R.11.15. All teams or groups within the NOHA under the house league umbrella must play non-body checking. |
