Northern Ontario Hockey Association Unveils 100th Anniversary Logo

The Northern Ontario Hockey Association (NOHA) is very pleased to unveil the logo for its 100th Anniversary, which will officially kick off at the 2019 NOHA Annual General Meeting in May, 2019. The logo, which was designed by Glenn Ryan, features the NOHA logo in front of the number 100 in text, and 1919-2019 across banners of gold and red, signifying the year that the NOHA was founded and the year of its 100th Anniversary. NOHA Wraps Up Seventh Annual Officiating Development Camp

The NOHA wrapped its seventh annual Officials Development Camp on Sunday in Sudbury in conjunction with the OHF/OHL Under-15 Camp. Throughout the weekend, Officials took part in fitness testing, on-ice sessions, and classroom sessions to enhance their skills and further their development. The Officials concluded the weekend by officiating the games taking place as part of the camp. The participants learned from some of the NOHA’s best Instructors in Ken Miller, Glen Campbell, Matt Davie, and Stacy Jackson. Kyle Brick Named Team NOHA Head Coach for the 2018-2019 Season

North Bay – August 2, 2018 – The Northern Ontario Hockey Association (NOHA) and the Great North Midget League (GNML) are proud to announce that Kyle Brick has been named Team NOHA’s Head Coach for the 2018-2019 Season. Brick currently serves as Head Coach and General Manager with the Blind River Beavers of the Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League (NOJHL). He has held this role for two seasons during which he has compiled a 65-39-8 record and has led the Beavers to two consecutive playoff berths, including the franchise’s first appearance in the League Finals in the 2016-2017 season. NOHA Officials Re-certification Clinics

NOHA Officials Re-certification clinics are now available for registration on eHockey. 2018-2019 Re-certification Information Re-certification Registration Guide Online Re-cert Program Registration This year you will notice a change in the registration process through eHockey. It is now a two-step registration process that will require you to register and complete the online re-certification program and then register for an in-class clinic.
